Its subway. You know what you'll get food-wise. Once the bread was really fresh, but another time it was really stale - I consider that a wash for quality. Biggest problem is they're really squirrely about accepting coupons - and we didn't know this until we tried to pay. Really, really lame decision by the manager/franchise owner. Better off going down the street to Jimmy Johns or Homegrown - better quality, prices, and service.
The staff is nice and friendly. But the food always looks a bit off. One time I went in there, add the cheese had brown edges, the tomatoes were gunky and green, and the spreads tasted really stale or off in some way.
The worst SubWay - Ever ! You have to argue about tomato slices you want. Employee showed me a printout with pictures :- ordering them not to give more than 5 slices of tomato, cucumber, minimal number of olives etc. SHOCK. Plus they jack up their prices compared to other SubWay shops nearby. Plus they are closed Sundays and are next to a hotel - I had to walk to the other shop. If anyone from SubWay ever reads this please take the license from this owner - it's a glaring embarrassment. Give that space to mother and daughter who run the shop on 106th Ave NE if you don't have anyone else.
Worst service, they dont listen well to what you request. I clearly ask for little bit of mayo but the same lady I repeat mulitple times to just drowns my sandwich in mayo. They also do not follow discounts the other chain stores have and also ober price their food by $4+. They never smile even though youve been there multiple times saying a nice greeting, they return a ugly mug. Just garbage.
Had a very nice and pleasant early morning sub there last Friday. Ability to tip with a card is nice. Very clean compared to the crack subway near my place on 3rd and Lenora!
I work extremely near by, and when i eat their subs, it is a 50/50 chance that i don't get an upset stomach..... and I have eaten and un-godly amount of food that would made people hurl in the past, but one time a meatball marinara sub i had, literally made me want to force myself to throw up, even tho i throwing up is among the last things i want to do. staff can be pleasant tho at times. If you are reading this, i would go to Topolino's for a meatball sub, for the same size, but for 8$ with a a soda if you order during their lunch special. far better than "eat fresh subway" more like eat from 4 weeks ago
Each Subway location is pretty much the same as the others, free WiFi, good selection of healthy choices, drinks, snacks, cookies, friendly staff and OK pricing. This subway is overpriced and does not accept coupons, nor does it participate in corporate promotions. Footlongs also cost $2 extra here. Take your business elsewhere. The Subways close to Redmond are much better
Who doesn't love the Subway? Fast easy low calorie sandwiches? The staff is friendly. The owner is chill. Clean. Good place.
Paid in advance for my order, a friend picked it up for me and they told my friend I only paid for a sandwich. Now the phone is conveniently off the hook and haven't been able to get through for 30 mins to get a refund for what they say I didn't pay for.
