The Pho was delicious! The service was a little slow and took awhile to get our order placed.

Edit: We had the best waitress today! Gave us water when we sat down, received our order under 10 minutes and got a check just before we finished our food.

While service and pricing is good - the textures and flavor of the food (at least from what I sampled) is lack-luster. 

I ordered the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was a too soft with much of the outer breading still quite doughy. Flavor was a little lacking. 

Understandably, with the name Pho no. 1 I imagine that the soups would be their speciality (and I would assume to be richer in flavor). On my next visit, I will stick with what the restaurant is known for. 

When time permits, I will try the Pho and update my review.

How this place has 4.4 stars I have no idea. My food was super cold and low quality. The orange chicken was soggy and bland and cold. The pot stickers were store bought and not cooked all the way and also cold. I don't know how my food was cold because it took them 30 minutes to get it done so you'd think it would have been hot food but no. It was like they cooked it and then left it to sit for half an hour. If I could give it lower stars I would.

We're very impressed with the food! The staff is very courteous and does a very good job with their limited numbers! We keep going back!

I just love their Pho. That's it. Service sucks, atmosphere sucks, it's a weird place and my family doesn't get excited about any other food there but they let me get my Pho every once in a while.
