Worst KFC in the state! One thing you can’t get there oddly enough and no matter how hard you try, chicken. They’re always out somehow. When I asked today why they never have any chicken, I was told that even though they close at 10, they stop cooking chicken at 8. When I asked to speak to someone I was told that they just stop at 8 because they need to clean the grill. I happen to know the owners son at this location, so when I told them I was going to get her contact info from him and complain, the cook told me he was already on the phone with her. I assume she asked what was going on because he then told her that someone was there complaining about not having chicken, to which I can hear her respond on the phone “I don’t care, let him go somewhere else”. So I tell them what a terrible store they are and proceed to walk out. Out of the corner of my eye I see the cool make a masturbation gesture to mock me. Worst fast food restaraunt there is, period. Don’t even waste your time.

This location is clearly struggling. The food was not worth the wait or the price. They didn't have a cook working at 6:30 p.m. They were super far behind on their orders, didn't have chicken tenders, or extra crispy chicken. We ordered 3 different times because they didn't have the food or the staff to perform the tasks. Half the restaurant was "closed for cleaning". I believe there were 3 staff members and no manager.

Service is consistently horrible. Food is mediocre. It's not worth the price, the wait, or anything really. Just don't bother with this location.

Don’t bother going to this KFC! If I could rate it at a zero, I would. This is the absolute worst KFC of all time! This location is run by kids who clearly do not understand the food industry or how to deal with customers...like, at all! These are a bunch of adolescents who do not know what customer service is. Sadly, I saw one of them lose his temper with an older gentleman who just simply was not able to hear his soft voice very well. So instead of speaking up so that the older gentleman could hear him, he got frustrated with him. They do not wash their hands after coming out of the restroom and don’t practice good hygiene. I saw one of them picking pimples on his face and then preparing food. It was at that point that I decided I absolutely was not going to eat there despite having to wait in a long, long, long line. Oh, did I mention that the drive-through was blocked off?! Yeah, the drive-through at this location is always blocked off… I think just simply because they do not want to deal with the headache of drive-through customers...probably because it takes so long to get your food here. I’m not kidding, what is it with fast food restaurants like KFC that can’t simply higher quality people and run a restaurant the way that it is supposed to be run?! I’m pretty sure that I saw a couple of bugs run across the floor behind the counter as well… Seriously such a disappointment. One of my favorite pastimes is eating KFC chicken… And I do not feel comfortable doing that anymore. This franchise location needs some serious help. Clearly, over the last couple of years nothing has changed. Well, today was the last day that I gave them a chance. Trust me folks, do not waste your time going to this KFC… You will regret it and you will remember this honest review... and I never give Google reviews… In fact, this is my very first one.
