Tasty food. Reasonably priced. Not a fancy restaurant by any means but clean and modestly decorated. Good selection of items from the menu. 
Recommend it highly for the food rather than the ambiance.

My experience at Saigon was incredible. One of my friends recommended it to my family, so, we went and gave it a try. The people were so nice and the food was amazing. After that my family and I made it a must to go every month. The prices are incredible for the amount of food you get. The people are so helpful and they are spectacular at cooking everything so fast! They definitely deserve the five stars.

Excellent food sitting down for a chill meal and also fabulous takeout when you don't have time! Customer service is excellent! The woman who took care of me remembered us upon returning, she was fabulous! I recommend the PHO for sure ...the BROTH is everything!!! and try an ice coffee that will blow your mind!!! My kids enjoyed a treat of the Lemonade with the PEARLS!!! Fun. Delicious. FRESH.. Light feeling meal!! Amazing!!

Po Saigon is located in West Hartford very near two other well-known Vietnamese restaurants. Ive eaten at all of them, at least weekly for the past 12 years. Pho Saigon started in a tiny 10 seat business that was always great food, I particularly love their shrimp pancake or fried lemongrass with tofu on cabbage salad. In fact any of their cabbage salads dishes are outstanding! What make Po Saigon stand out is the food tastes individually homemade. The competitors are good and predictable - but not super creative. Po Saigon has a "different homemade" taste to their dishes. Today I was in the area and was stunned to find they moved next door to a much larger space. That’s exactly what they needed. I had a pancake and fresh spring roll and I have to say it was the best I’ve ever had and prompted me to write this review. I’m going there for dinner tonight! If you like Vietnamese food - be sure to check out Pho Saigon, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. 5+ stars! Nice people too!

Authentic Vietnamese food. 

Not the greatest service since the staff are Vietnamese speakers only so be patient with mix-ups. 
Worth it since the food is so good.
