Valerie and Gina at the West Chester office are great! I had to go through several months of physical therapy and it was always a pleasant experience to go. I really appreciated the way Valerie listened and addressed my concerns. She knows so much and modified exercises and plans to make them right for me. Valerie helped find me the doctors I needed. She went above and beyond to spearheaded my recovery and I feel better thanks to her. Gina was always friendly and ready with a smile. If you ever need therapy I would highly recommend Phoenix of West Chester. They will get you where you need to be physically and make it as painless a process as possible!

Our experience with Valerie and Gina at Phoenix Rehabilitation in the West Chester office couldn't have been better!   My daughter needed two months of therapy after being diagnosed with a concussion and Valerie and Gina designed the sessions to suite her needs, while having fun and making progress.  Valerie always listened to my daughter's feedback about her symptoms and took that into account when programing for her.  She is knowledgeable and engaged with her patients and was able to adapt exercises that challenged and interested her.  Valerie coordinated with our doctor to ensure my daughter received the plan that was recommended for her treatment in order for her to return to her activities as soon as she was able. Gina was great to work with as well!  She has a warm and welcoming personality and she was always willing to help find appointments for our family's busy schedule.  Both Valerie and Gina made a situation that had the potential to be overwhelming and frustrating, to be reassuring, friendly,  and rewarding.  We would highly recommend the knowledge, service, and care that Valerie and Gina provide through Phoenix Rehabilitation in West Chester.  They went above and beyond to help my daughter recover and feel confident again!

I highly recommend Phoenix rehabilitation. These ladies really know there stuff an go above and beyond. If I ever need physical therapy again, Phoenix is the only place I would consider going.

My therapist is the best 🌺 I been there for almost 8 months receiving therapy for my concussion and thanks to all her work that she  always does for me i feel so much  better now and I recommend it to everyone 💯 ...Valerie and Gina..... Thank you 😊  I want to add that Gina is  very professional  and kind to the best way to make the patients feel well welcome to the therapy  ........

My PT Valerie was absolutely amazing! Coming here felt so at home. I highly recommend Valerie and Gina at Phoenix in West Chester. They are the friendliest people and extremely knowledgeable in ALL situations. I have been to the other PT places in West Chester and they do NOT compare to Phoenix!
