Amazing customer service! They replaced my cracked screen on my iPhone 6s Plus while I waited. Not even 20 minutes. Love this place. The prices were extremely reasonable as well. See Jason or Renee. They will treat you well!

Most reliable phone shop in all of San Diego. I've tried many places over the years but I keep coming back here because the prices are great and the owner provides the best service. Talk to him about your issues and he'll make sure to help you as best he can. Thanks a bunch!

Over the last few years I have relied on Phone Zone for their repair services. The repairs on my phones have been done fast and effectively every time. Their prices are more than fair for the quality of work they do. Additionally their customer service is beyond stellar. I would recommend them to anyone in need!!

Best place in El Cajon.  Really great service.   Had two screens fixed and one LCD fixed.  No problems!!!

3/23/17.....Well, I broke my Note 3 yesterday.  There's no other place I would go then Phone Zone.  They made sure they had a screen in stock.  They made sure the LCD was compatible with Verizon.  Then the cheery on top, my LCD screen was on sale.  This place is AWESOME!!!  Don't go anywhere else!!!!!

Dropped off the phone for a screen repair and within two hours the phone was good as new. Staff was knowledgeable to be able to even fix the sound switch on my iPhone without a charge. Well run business and I would use them again.
