"Mom & Pop" type small business, the kind where they know your face & always say "Hi" Pharmacy staff is efficient, knowledgeable & quick- despite always being busy. Store staff is kind & personable! Great Local Small business to support & promote! Get everything from Italian Napoli products, pasta, gadgets, cards, liquor, otc drug needs, Rx, pay your bills, grab your cigarettes & play your numbers!!!

Great pharmacy. Always helpful and always fast. Staff is friendly & very efficient. As a bonus this place also offers standard drug store items like cards, candy, snacks, cleaning supplies BUT they also have liquor. Its one stop shopping. Fair prices & plenty of parking.

Phreds pharmacy is the best. Every other pharmacy it takes over an hour to fill and thats only if they HAVE THE MEDICATION. I remember going to Walgreens to fill a script and they said the wait would be an hour. I go back for them to tell me THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE MEDICATION! Phreds takes about 5 to 10 minutes & they are courteous & caring!

The alcohol and shelf items are over priced,  but the pharmacy provides good service, my medicine is always in stock and it's less expensive than CVS for my specific med need. Fred's is like a cozy corner store with a variety of items.

You can purchase your alcohol, aspirin, and bandaids all in one place.  Uncommon for Rhode Island!
