I was extremely sick. I get there and the lady behind the counter was very rude. I had lost my id a few days before getting sick. So they wouldn’t see me without one even though I had my insurance card and husband with me whose name is on the card. Still not good enough for the rude woman. She said no id we can’t see you. I thought that’s the case with no insurance. Thanks to this woman I also ended up having an asthma attack. Do not use this place just horrible.

Everyone was very friendly and professional.  My husband was seen after just a short wait and Jessica was very helpful and explained everything. She took as much time as we needed and answered all our questions.

I went to this clinic with strep throat. They swabbed my throat and told me I did not have strep throat and perscribed me nothing. They said that they would run a culture on my throat swab because it seemed like something was wrong. They informed me that the culture would take up to 24hours for results. I went on a Tuesday at 8am and the following Friday at 9am I received a call saying that I did indeed have strep throat strand g.  I suffered for days when they told me I would know my results within 24 hours. I should not have had to wait 3 days for results. Not to mention, I was charged $110, 2 weeks after my initial appointment. No one informed me that I even owed anything let alone that they would automatically deduct from my account whenever they pleased. I got very upset because I literally have $12 now to live off of until I get paid next, I can’t afford to eat and not only that it’s the holidays and I now have no gas to get home with. I called this business and they had absolutely no mercy on my situation, they literally did not care about my health in the first place, let alone did they care how badly they truly screwed me over.

I went in to immediate care because i knew i had something viral going on... he looked at me and  checked my throat, ears, and eyes the routine and sent me home, told me it was prolly just “stress related because i work a lot!” Sent a $40 mouthwash to Walgreens for some canker sores i had but i couldn’t afford to buy it!!! I ended up at the ER 2 days later with VIRAL pink eye, and a bad case of VIRAL bronchitis!! Not to mention there was only 1 person in there when i went in!! And 6 people just as sick as i was all went in before me and i waited 2 hours for them to not recognize anything at all!!! Very very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My insurance andsend me to this place because they are in the same network. By this means I was supposed to have zero copay. First thing they ask is my credit card "to ensure payment" they said. They don't care about your health. Just money.
