Took my son there Friday evening and was told to call if symptoms got worse. I called before 9am on Sunday to get follow up advice and to have prescription called in, and was told I would receive a call back after the shift Dr. reviewed my son's file. I called again just before noon, since I hadn't heard back yet, and the phone rang several times, then was answered and I was immediately hung up on. I dialed right back and it rang again at least 10 times before it was answered. I was told they were extremely busy, but was assured I would get a call before they closed at 4pm. I NEVER DID RECEIVE A CALL BACK!!! So my initial call for the above was placed on 11/5/17 and I just received a return follow-up call back TODAY (11/20/17)!!! Also, I answered back to the "RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER" last week and provided my contact information to get more info, as requested, and have yet to get a follow-up from my email. Extremely POOR customer service!

Great place and great service; I was able to schedule an appointment promptly and see the physician in minutes. The staff was kind, courteous and knowledgeable..easily five stars.

Today Sunday around 12:30 pm, I was taking my daughter for an earache and asked the young lady if my medical card insurance would be accepted and she asked another lady I guess was in charge and she didn't event looked at it and said "No", she didn't even check. I asked her and if my daughter could be seen and with a sarcastic respond "Yes, she can be seen if you pay $150.00." She is so rude. Never experienced anything like this before. I really preferred going to an urgent care instead of the ER.

Receptionist lady is very rude. She looks at you all mad and rolls her eyes on you. I understand it's early in the morning but if you don't like you're job then quit! ✌🏻Sadly this is the location that is closer to my house but I'd rather drive few more miles to a different one than come here when you don't feel welcome at all.
