Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Michael as my physical therapist at Physio. He both knowledgeable and client-centric which is a perfect combination. And his sense of humor and mild disposition are  icing on the cake! I have experienced steady improvement in my strength and balance as We continue to work together to achieve my PT goals. P. S. And to add another layer of icing, Michael is great with us “old folk!” Highly recommend.

My first phone contact with Physio-Lenox made me immediately feel I had chosen the right place for post-hip replacement physical therapy! The receptionist Wanda patiently explained all the first steps and booked my appointment during the first phone call. And I can’t say enough about my physical therapist Michael Broderick! Michael explained how my muscles were related to my gradual improvement in post-surgery pain, and has given me confidence that I will be able to return to a “normal” life. After just three sessions, I can already see improvement, and am super motivated to keep exercising at home! Michael is the best physical therapist I have ever encountered, and Physio-Lenox is a cut above some other more “corporate” feeling PT clinics in the same area of Executive Park. A plus: plenty of free parking and convenient handicapped parking spaces.

Finding a physical therapist is fairly easy. Finding a physical therapist that listens, and creates a plan according to your specific needs is a life changing . Every week is different from the last, with the focus on building upon previous gains, and advancing your progress one slight maneuver at a time. I’ve extended my visit from California for another month, with working with Michael as one of the main factors. The results of a great collaboration are just too good to walk limp away from.

The staff are so welcoming and helpful! Crystal is very knowledgeable and has made physical therapy an incredibly educational and productive experience for me. She also has a great sense of humor too! I highly recommend Physio-Lenox!

Crystal is an amazing therapist! She is extremely knowledgeable and always has great therapeutic exercises and stretches at each session. She is also very compassionate and connects well with all of her patients including me. I highly recommend scheduling with her for any of your therapy needs!

Crystal has been extremely helpful by sharing exercises and stretches that will help alleviate the pain I am experiencing.  She has also corrected my posture so that the exercises will be more beneficial.  She is very friendly and personable.

Jennifer is the best Physical Therapist I have ever had... and I have had quite a few. Background - I damaged my ankle playing basketball with my stepson... on my our driveway, in front of my own house.  I twist my ankle a lot, and thought I could just walk it off... I thought wrong and I went to my doctor.  He wanted me to try PT before getting an MRI, so I went to see Jennifer for the first time. She understood what was going on and we worked together to see if therapy would help... when it became evident that it wouldn't, she worked with my Dr about getting the MRI. 2 ligament tears and 2 tendon tears. Surgery was going to be needed. Jennifer kept in touch with me until my surgery and I could come back and work on healing up. She is patient and listens to everything you have to say.  She is intuitive and knowledgeable. I love her. She is about quality over quantity in her care and it really shows. It is so much more than just a motto to her.

PT Crystal Young absolutely deserves 5 stars.  I've been a return patient for issues dealing with both of my knees.  She puts you to work in a good way and is encouraging, points out where you can have better form.  I haven't had any issues with the office or billing.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had at Physio.  I am eternal grateful to my therapist, Jen, for her amazing knowledge and for just being an awesome human being.  After breaking my leg, I was very skiddish to attempt jumping, jogging, walking down stairs, etc, Jen was there every moment I needed her to either encourage or literally hold my hand to make me feel comfortable.  I truly believe that my road to a speedy recovery wouldn’t have been the same without Jen.  The entire crew made the whole experience very enjoyable. Thank you Jen, Michael, Crystal and Zoey!

Physio is the place to go if you need physical therapy for any area of the body. I was referred by Kaiser for a shoulder injury. The setting is simple, not cumbersome and crowded, yet they have the necessary equipment needed. What I love most is the flexibility in scheduling and my therapist's willingness to take his time, respond to my questions and concerns explain his actions, and show respect to me as an ailing human. Further,  my therapist is skilled and he motivates me to do my homework before my next appointment. I leave feeling relaxed, I am making progress, and I don't feel RUSHED.
