Loved my PT. The front desk staff lady is delightful, they only send you one recorded call the night before to remind you of your appointment, they take you back on time and release you in exactly an hour. Wonderful business.
I've worked with Kelly Garchow on several issues over the past 6 months including neck, TMJ, knee and hips. She has been a wonderful help and support to me. She is both extremely knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. She worked on my neck and TMJ better than anyone else I have ever been to and was able to loosen up some tight areas that I thought might be locked up forever. I worked also with Damhnait Dee Porter on pelvic floor issues. Dee is gentle and supportive. I noticed improvement in how I walked after just 2 visits. I also want to mention Marie at the front desk who was always kind and helpful to me - especially when dealing with my many referrals! I didn't think PT could be such a pleasant experience. A big thanks to everyone at Physio for all of their great care. I highly recommend this office and staff.
A wonderful place to visit. Professional, efficient and effective. Shelby is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. An amazing therapist to work with. All around a great bunch of people to go through what could be considered a difficult time for a lot of folks. I appreciate these people greatly and everything that they do. I highly recommend visiting them for physical therapy. 10/10
Receptionist is as good as you'll get, the rest of the therapists are cold and unfriendly, no different than any of the other therapy places around in what they do. Old noisy machines.Not sure why all the 5 Star reviews nothing that great about the place. The arm and wrist guy seems really cool.
I've been going here for a couple of months for PT for my shoulder. Kelly is fantastic - she is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and she comes up with a holistic treatment plan! Highly recommend!
I love this organization. It is clean and healthy. People are able to work independently after getting instructions from their therapist. Kelley is my therapist and she is great. She is thoughtful, considerate, friendly and pleasant. I can't recommend her more. She is working on my knee which may eventually need to be replaced, but in the meantime she is strengthening it so that I can walk and get around better. I can hardly believe how much better it feels. Keep up the great work, Kelly! Berta Stead
Jacob Paquet has done an excellent job in establishing a therapy routine for my forearm and wrist that is healing from a break. He takes the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. He also has a wonderful student working with him. I’m surprised at how quickly I am showing improvement in my wrist and fingers. I’m pleased that my Orthopedic doctor recommended him.
