In 2016 I began feeling a mild discomfort in my neck and back. By mid-2017, I was experiencing severe, shooting pain in neck, shoulder, back, and right arm. I saw multiple doctors, had multiple tests done, was prescribed pain killers and muscle relaxers and nothing was helping. I was I so much pain I couldn't sleep. Finally, my doctor ordered me an MRI and I was prescribed physical therapy. I was sceptical because I had already tried physical therapy for this problem but did not see results. My doctor's office suggested Select Physical Therapy off Ruffin road. 
As soon as my insurance approved the PT I called Select and they were able to fit me in the very same day. I had a consultation with Jodi and within 5 minutes of talking to me she knew exactly what was wrong and was able to pin point exactly the root cause of the pain. That's when I knew this time was going to be different. Over the course of 3 months, Jodi and the team worked with me to strengthen my neck and back and most importantly provided me with the tools and knowledge I need to continue to care for myself at home. I am no longer in chronic pain and I am sleeping through the night (which my boyfriend also appreciates). I am so thankful for the care I received from Jodi and the team I cried at the end of my final visit.
Jodi and the whole team was so flexible with my work schedule. They we're kind, courteous, attentive, professional, and fun to be around. I truly looked forward to going to physical therapy. Drew, Rachel, and Jessica we're incredible!
I am so thankful to Jodi and the entire team at Select Physical Therapy on Ruffin Road. I will definitely return to them for any and all of my physical therapy need.

I strongly recommend this PT facility.  The therapists and aides are very knowledgeable, patient, and caring.  Paul has worked on both my shoulders, with excellent results.  The staff keep the mood up-beat and provide a positive healing experience in a situation that is by nature very difficult.

I highly recommend this place. I had jody, christine, and paul worked on my shoulder/neck. All staff are amazing..

best therapist in town.  Renee knows her stuff and help me figure out my hip was injured.  I eventually got it replaced.
