We recently purchased a piano from Piano Craft. I must say the experience was fantastic. They were very easy to deal with and Big Jim was such a refreshing personality to be around. The guys that delivered the piano were very nice and courteous. I would recommend Piano Craft to anyone looking for a piano.

They helped us move a piano 2.5 hours away. We couldn't have five it without them. They were very flexible and did their best to pair us with another move to cut the cost a little. Everybody in the store was very welcoming and upbeat. Thank you Piano Craft!

Big Jim helped me pick out the piano that I wanted for my home use. Had a great buying experience.

When I was hired, I was told they would provide up to 14 hours a week and I would make the same pay or have a slightly higher pay, compared to another job I had at the time which was 8.25 per hour. Instead, the following happened in order: My pay was only $8 per hour Given no hours for two weeks I called to ask about my hours, and was always taken to voicemail for almost three weeks Then I left a voicemail putting in my two weeks if I received no hours I immediately received a text message saying they could not provide hours for me instead of a professional phone call. I'm upset that I have to post this because I really liked all the employee's at Piano Craft. They are nice people and sell amazing pianos. However, I put my two weeks in at the other job I worked at so I had time to commit to working here. I do not appreciate businesses treating employee's this way and I hope Piano Craft learns from this.
