The one in Saint Charles is much better. We moved to O’Fallon and just tried this one out tonight and it was not a great experience. We always loved the service and food at the Saint Charles location so we thought this would be the same. We walked in and all the employees were on their phones and talking about personal stuff loud enough for everyone to hear. We then go to order and the young man didn’t give my husband the gravy that goes with Italian beef. My husband asked if he could have that with it. The young man said, “yeah I guess”. Then he proceeded to give him this tiny little plastic thing with it in it. Not like the ones they give you in Saint Charles and also not enough for your sandwich let alone for you to be able to dip it in. My husband asks for a larger one and the young man proceeded to get an attitude and tell him that’s all I can give you. So you mean to tell me that you pay $7 for a sandwich and can’t even get the sauce it comes with?! We’ve never had this issue at the other location. My daughter got soup that was cold and lumpy and my sandwich was also not great. Just overall crappy service and food. Will not be returning to this location which is sad because that means If we do want it we have to drive 20 minutes out of our way to get it. We were regulars at the Saint Charles location and ate there at least twice a week. So to me that says a lot about the employees that are at the O’Fallon location.

This is my new favorite place for subs and pizza in St. Louis. I don't know where their food comes from, but it seems to be pretty fresh. Their subs are the bomb, their pizza is the bomb (I am an Imo's fan, but Pickleman's is better in my opinion). Not to mention they are a local chain...

Their food is absolutely amazing, don't get me wrong! I just had the pizza guy and it was amazing!! But they're bad with avocado 😂😂😂 I just paid $3.29 for 4 sides of mashed avocado? Yikes.  Also the delivery driver pretty much demanded a tip.  I felt like I was being stuck up. I tip and I was definitely going to tip him but his behavior was absolutely off. My total was $15.73. I gave him $20.73. He then proceeded to ask me if I needed change back in which I said yes. He stood there and stared at me for a moment and then once again asked if I needed change back. I was going to tip him as I said but that was a bit unnecessary it was as if he was attempting to intimidate me?... I work in fast food so I get it.  Enough people must've skipped on tipping and he was fed up but still! I'm uncertain I'll be ordering from them again...

The pizza was fantastic. It arrived in a timely manner, and the driver was one of the friendliest and most customer service oriented individuals I've dealt with. Thank you Richard.
