Fit-Flavors held a nutrition class at work that day so on my way home I thought I would stop in and take a look at what they had to offer. Its located in the shopping plaza just off 40 so it was easy to get to with plenty of parking. (I think they have 2 other locations as well) It is a small place, with a few table so if you needed to eat at their facility you could. I was assisted with the items on the menu that were packaged in plastic take home containers, with instructions on how to warm up before eating. They also all had dates very visible that identified when you need to have them consumed by. I end up purchasing several days worth of dinners and breakfast meals. And all for a reasonable price. When I got home I was pretty excited and nervous because I didn't really know if this meal was going to fill me up. The portions were good size, but I would typically eat more than what was in the meal. To my surprise, not only was it absolutely delicious, but I was satisfied and full. Each meal (again 4 now) has been the same. Extremely good and filling. I don't know where else you can go to get a healthy meal, that tastes good and completely home made, for less than a self serve salad you can get from a grocery store. And the best part.....it takes less than 2 min to make dinner :)

Food is fresh and tasty, selections varied. Gluten and dairy free options a big help as I need these for medical reasons. It is a wonderful way for a single, older person to have a nutritious, attractive meal without the process of shopping for and preparing food as well as having no clean up chores afterwards. No leftovers is another welcome bonus. Staff have been pleasant and helpful in both the Creve Coeur and Brentwood stores. I am becoming a regular customer.

My accidental discovery of this store has been such a huge blessing. Even though I love to cook, I don't really have time and cooking for one is difficult with so much waste. Eating out gets expensive, time consuming, and who wants a Table for One? This is my go-to place to pick up 10-12 breakfast, lunch and dinner items to carry me through the week. I tried another company twice and was SO disappointed. I've had at least 20 different items from Fit-Flavors and each one is superb. It's a full, filling entree. The taste and the texture are preserved even after microwaving for 2 minutes. Leave for work and just grab a complete meal from your frig--what could be easier.

Love this place. Glad they are here for healthy fast food. Yes, it costs more than McDonalds....but less than diabetes. Quit whining and pay for good food. Gluten free and dairy free options. Friendly staff.

I go here quite often to purchase healthy, proportioned, ready to eat meals. All you have to do is heat and eat. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The meals are very good.
