I really like the cushion- y lounge chairs that recline. They are wide enough that I can curl up and feel relaxed which helps transports me into the story that I am there to see. The automated ticket kiosk is easy to use and very fast. I also enjoy the multi option soda machine! So many choices with any combination you can think of, it's fun. I've been there a dozen times now, for me personally, I really have no complaints.

I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrades.  Last time here a few years ago it was a dump.  No long lines, great you can pick your seats!  No having to get there early to stake a claim.  I won't hesitate to go back.  Prices for snacks at least reasonable.  Staff was friendly and helpful

It was our first time using the MOVIE PASS card that we subscribe to each month.  When we arrived and checked in through our phone app it wouldn’t work correctly.  The manager, Chris, tried to help, but it still wouldn’t load properly on app.  To keep from holding the line up, we bought tickets and went to our seats.  While waiting for movie to begin I reloaded the app on phone and started over.  Waaaa-la.  Now it worked!  I rushed back out to the lobby to see if I could get a refund for tickets purchased, really expecting an “I’m sorry” for an answer.  Instead, Chris said “ABSOLUTELY!” And proceeded to tell me what items he would need from me.  (My phone with ticket code, ticket stubs that I purchased, and credit card that I used).  I had all but the stupid ticket stub that was back sitting in my cup holder!  Chris said “What theater and what seat?”  I told him and without hesitation he literally sprinted to go get it!  He refunded my tickets and I was able to use my Movie Pass card and all was well in the world again, because of Chris.  In a time where quality customer service is rare, tonight I experienced it first hand!

Our family enjoys this movie theater the most! No rush to fight for a good seat as your seat is assigned and you can always buy online ahead of time to ensure your top pick! Comfortable leather reclining seats and  the prices are cheaper then the other larger local theater.

Thought was a low budget outfit that bought out a failing theater.  What a surprise!!
Low prices for admission, and concessions with tickets for specific seats in the theater.  Power recliners, all.  Great digital picture and sound. Very courteous employees.  We just changed our theater of choice in Grand Junction.
