Spacious shop with a nice selection of instruments at decent prices. I tend to do most of my shopping online, but I'd use this shop if I didn't. There are major brands and some high-end instruments there, as well. However, there were a couple basses that severely needed set up and some of the smaller products were marked WAY up

Balance of adept advice and letting me try out amps and guitars! Knowledgeable staff. Laid back environment.

If you want kind customer service, DO NOT go here. There seems to be a battle for commission with a few employees, and you can definitely feel the tension. I've been berated for buying my gear online when bringing guitars in for set-up and have also witnessed employees angry with customers for asking another employee for help since it is, according to them, "stealing their commission". Rude and terrible customer service. I won't be going back.
