I went in to evaluate my options for a new car. Not necessarily in a hurry to purchase; just trying to see what was available with trade-in and financing. Jake was patient and direct with helping me decide which cars to look at that met my requirements. Him and the team did an amazing job running all the numbers again and again with different options to make sure my choice was comfortable. Jake was personable, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Not just a 'pushy salesman.' Definitely recommend having him help you buy your new car.

All the service personnel were super friendly, efficient, expedient, and knowledgeable. Specifically Curtis for keeping me in the loop about my car, and Victor for his positive, helpful demeanor when checking me out. You guys are awesome and I hope you don't ever lose that awesome customer service aspect, because, my experience was amazing and that is the number one thing that keeps me coming back to a business. It takes more effort to be positive and happy than it does to be angry, and that's where your people shine (the happy part). Thanks to everyone at Al Piemonte!

After a long day of work, I went into the dealership looking at my options for a reliable sedan for my long commutes. Although I had stated upfront that I was just exploring my options, a particular young salesman took the task upon himself to make sure that I got all my questions answered. Regardless of the brisk winter weather, I was warmly welcomed by Jake. Not only was he extremely personable, it was clear that he understood the ins and the outs of Chevy’s vehicles. I will definitely remember my experience with Jake and his team when it comes time to purchase my new car.

The friendly staff and excellent quality of the cars here made us purchase from this dealership.  I felt that the staff did what they could to make us happy and attended to.  I also had a good experience in the service dept. following a purchase.   The service rep. Brian was attentive and got the job done as needed.  The vehicle was serviced properly and I was happy.  The only negative I have is my "Certified Pre-Owned" vehicle was certified, however it did not "come" with the warranty (for the price it was advertised at), it was offered to me for an additional price.   To me this was misleading.   Just be mindful of the details ANYTIME, ANYWHERE you go to purchase something.  The bottom line is they had the best vehicle, at a fair price and because my wife was with me I was left with little room to haggle.  Yes, I would recommend this place to friends.  I also want to add that Rashad was a really nice guy to buy from.  Ask for him if you need a used car.
