I did a battery change last year Aug 2015 and Firestone informed me by Feb 2016 battery needs to be replaced. My car didn't start one day and when checked with grease monkey they informed me they are not the dealer's for this particular battery company any more. The response and the work they do is good but I would prefer to go with other well established work station.

This place is a joke, spilled oil all over my engine. When I returned to tell them it was smoking, they said it was like that and I should clean it. The best part was that it smelled like marijuana after that. Why doesn't their regional manager do something about this. No wonder you guys are 30 and haven't done something with your lives, you can't even change oil!

These guys got me in on the dime...fixed my a/c in a fraction of the time my local mechanic could at 1/3 the cost. Super nice and efficient and saved me money to keep us cool!! Thank you!!!!

Horrible place I went in for an oil change and left with a whole in my oil pan!!!! Pay extra to go anywhere but Here!

What ever you do, do NOT go to this place! I only got my oil changed here once and was having all kinds of issues afterwards. The check engine light turned on and I had to take it in to get looked at. $200 later I was told that the last oil change I got was REALLY BAD and was the cause of the issues. Turns out they only put in half the amount of oil they were supposed to, but on top of that they put in the wrong kind of oil (not synthetic, which is what my car needs) even though I paid for the correct kind. This place is bad news.
