It’s been 6 months since I paid for my Dad’s headstone. I was told I would get a draft in 3 weeks for a sign off but nothing yet! Not even an update.  I’ve left voicemails and emails for Nayeli, the girl I did the contract with and yet no response from her. Every time I call and ask to speak to a supervisor, I end up talking to someone new and have to explain my situation all over again. We’ve asked the people in the office and they’re all clueless. I paid $3000 in full! There is no excuse for running a business this way. Not only is this a big expense but this is someone’s loved one you’re talking about! Shame on you!

My father was recently laid to rest here. They were late putting the flowers out in the chapel. It took a very long time to get the casket into the hearse, and thats when things got bad. A van from the funeral home aggressively cut into the procession line. Once the van finally stopped the hearse, they informed us that they had dug the wrong grave. I was driving a 15 passenger van containing my fathers children, grand children and great grand children. We all had to watch in disbelief and utter sadness as golf carts and a backhoe raced around. We literally watched them dig my fathers grave. Scramble to get seating arranged and dirt covered. These are NOT supposed to be lasting memories of such an event. I'd give 1/16 of a star if possible. Believe it or not, there was another family attending the service whose parents are buried there and they had a similar experience.
