If I could give them zero, I would. My primary doctor is currently on maternity leave so I needed to see someone immediately. Called on Friday and the gentleman said, walk-ins are okay. I get there this morning and I was told the doctor has 23 patients before me. She also stated that she doesn't know why they would tell me such a thing. It is common practice to tell individuals to come in even if they know you won't be seen. I say, avoid it unless you have an appointment. I have no idea about their service if I did have an appointment. This encounter was not pleasant.

Understaffed, disorganized, dilapidated, pick your poison. The staff are friendly, but patient care does not seem to be a priority to those in charge. I will not be returning here.

Very disorganize ....yes we must have patients but 1 1/2 hr after I sign in before they acknowledge I was here and still didn't see the doctor for an 45mins later. One person was here 2 hrs before me. And I still when before him......

I have been a patient here nearly 5 yrs. The service is what you would expect: good, respectful staff that is dedicated to quality patient care. You can't ask for anything more with a situation like this. I just want to say to the staff involved in my treatment: thanks and continue helping people live healthy lives.
