Placed an online order at 9:00am for a 12:00pm delivery for a lunch meeting at work. The food did not arrive until 12:40pm when the meeting was getting over. I called twice for updates and each time was told the order was out for delivery. That was 30 mins of time when the place is 7 minutes down the road. Will not be ordering from here again. Had many angry employees that didn’t get lunch that day because of this mistake.

The food is seriously the best around!  The pizza was cooked perfectly with the cheese slightly browned and the buffalo tenders were the best I've had in a really long time.  Not to mention the portion was big and the price was less than anywhere for what we got.  Very happy as it's now our "go to" place.  Sorry Wine and Cheese and The Fire....  Also, can't forget to mention that the staff has always been very friendly every time We've been, which is also a big plus in my book.

It's 3.8 miles from MacColl Field YMCA in Lincoln 

Yum. Never had a problem here. Have safely enjoyed gluten free pizza here numerous times.

No bike rack. Easy to reach by RIPTA. Parking seems adequate although I have not tried parking the wheelchair lift van here.

If you order via the app there is a discount.
HOWEVER:
If you have food allergies or intolerances, suggest NOT using the app to order. It is very hard to use the app to make all necessary changes to a dish.

Update July 2017 - Have had two bad visits in a row. Very distressing. Maybe ordering via the app, with all the requisite frustrations, is the safer way to get a pizza made correctly for the food-allergic. Manager told me to ensure HE takes my order next time.

So placed the order at 3pm expecting the standard time of 30 - 45 min delivery.  Keep in mind our order consisted of 1 pepperoni and mushroom pizza - wings - salad and a coke.... now pizza and wings take 15 min to cook.  15 min to deliver we should have been done.  that being said at one hour i called and it had not even left yet.  what a joke.....

Disappointed in this location.

After enjoying food at the plainville location for years we called in and ordered a large calzone and some other stuff. When we showed up to pick our food up they gave us a small. When we mentioned we had asked for large they said they only sold one size at that location. They didn't mention it at all when we placed the order! When we checked the 2 apps we ordered one was a smaller portion than the plainville location offers, but for the same price. We ended up going somewhere else for more food rather than give them more business and wait another 20 minutes because they couldn't show some courtesy.
