As a newcomer to Pilates I was excited to find a studio close by and Marsha is a great instructor. She took her time with me to explain the basics and gradually moved me to the next levels.  Trying pilates and learning from Marsha made Pilates one of my favorite forms of exercise. I have seen changes in my posture and in my legs and am extremely excited. If you are looking for somewhere to try pilates, then you should definitely try Pilates of Collierville. It was a great experience for me for the time I lived in Memphis.
