I entered this contract about a yr and a half ago due to a personal trainer (which is no longer there) this trainer left after just months and I got jaded due to no fault of the gym itself. At that time j-lo fitness was in place and it made me very uncomfortable. I was almost forced to buy into advocare or I couldn’t train. I thought some of the instructors (4 of them) only cared about profits so I stopped going for a yr. still paid my membership tho.

Now that j-lo fitness is gone i decided to go back and I really enjoy the classes and all of the new instructors are amazing! They let u go at ur own pace with different variations of workouts. This gym has become a lot nicer and more adapt to my kind of working out w no judgement from j-lo crew. All in all I will renew my membership

I love this gym! It is a great place to work out without being intimidated by  muscle heads or afraid to ask for help. There's always someone willing to answer questions, help with machines, or encourage me on. I especially love the yoga classes.

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging, especially the instructors! They will go out of their way to assist you or answer any questions you may have. They want to ensure you get the best out of each work out you do! I'm a stay at home mom, so this is where I go to get some me time. Their childcare has been awesome for my daughter. She loves it there! And I have met many great ladies and made new friendships as well! I highly recommend this gym! When you join jane's gym you become part of a family not just another member!!!

This is an awesome gym! Hannah's Zumba class was a lot of fun and doable for beginners like myself. Also, the gym is very clean and has everything you need. Since it's an all women's gym, you don't have to worry about feeling uncomfortable around a bunch of men. If you are looking for a nice gym with great equipment and group classes, I HIGHLY recommend Jane's Gym. You won't regret it.

Love being a part of Jane's Gym.  It's like a family. Women empowering women and supporting each other to get fit and healthy and stay that way is awesome! It has changed my life!!
