Hello and welcome to a new era and concept by pilates one;
From the moment you enter the doors of this studio you encounter a welcoming and serene feeling.The owner and every single one of the instructors are extremely cordial,knowledgeable and willing to guide you though the classes.
Amidst the hustle and bustle of Miami you enter a calming zone, this does not detour you away for what you are bout to encounter with each and every workout,session and services.
This is not a place for the faint of heart,the people that come here are very in tune with their bodies and if you aren't, the staff will guide you to achieve that.
The level of commitment that this group of instructors is like no other,each of them offering you a specific and individual personal touch.
The owner and instructor Janine is simply outstanding her persona radiates calmness,knowledge and inner beauty.,
I came to Miami after leaving in Broward for ten yearend also going to a near to death car crash, slowly but surely Ive been able to recover inner strength as well as my body is starting to react in a very positive way.
If you are looking to transformed and bring your body and soul to another level look no further.
Is the best place I've encounter ,in the east coast.

When I lived in Miami I was blessed to be able to go to Pilates One!! It is one of a kind and Jeanine & Simon are amazing instructors. If you are looking for a great workout at a place that inspires, then this is it! I only wish there was some place like it in Montreal.

If your looking for a real workout with excellent instructors this is your place. The owner is an angel and the philosophy of body and mind permeates the atmosphere. yeah it's really that good. Highly recommended!

The instructors are amazing and extremely helpful. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and the classes are incredible!

I started taking pilates for the first time ever with Jeannine. Definitely recommend private classes to start if you have never done pilates. Ask for Jeannine she is amazing! Also love Carly's circuit classes.
