One of the best Pilates class I’ve EVER been to. Tara is amazing because she really focuses on technique, she goes around making sure EVERYONE is doing it right. Also the classes that have the combo of the climber and the reformer are killer, in a good way.

I love C3! The classes are amazing and a great workout that is fun and is not rough on your body. The coaches are very cool and knowledgable. Extremely recommended!

Awesome class. Great mix of cardio and core strength training on the reformers. The instructors are excellent and well trained. Beautifully designed studio as well.

Amazing workout!!! Great combination of cardio (versaclimber), strengthening and stretching (pilates).  Cool studio and AWESOME instructors.  Skilled instructors and small class size provide you with a personalized training experience.  Highly recommend C3
