Took a wedding dress in that got wet from Harvey. After nearly 2 months and $235 they finally admitted they lost it. out a wedding dress and $235. They won't return phone calls and always tell me that the owner will be calling. two months no call no dress. Unbelievably unethical service. How do you lose someone's wedding dress? How do you make no apologies or offer any redemption for it? #heartbreaking

I haven't needed anything dry-cleaned in years, so when I got oily deodorant all over my bridesmaid dress, I was super hesitant to take it anywhere. They cleaned it and all is good. Friendly gal at the front.

There was an issue with the amount of work being done to my jacket but Joanne made it right and got me out the door happy. She cares about the customer and wants return business. Highly recommend.
