There's a saying on Galveston Island..."island time" - if you want things back quickly, especially if you look for next-day service like on the mainland, you're probably living in the wrong place. Just allow a couple days for things to come back, and don't build your world around items showing up just exactly when you think it might...because it might not.
Once I learned that "island time" applies, I have been very pleased with the service:  things are clean, well cared for, and the attendant courteous and quick. Oh, and the Tuesday special (shirts laundered for $1 less than the usual price) is perfect for that:  save them up & drop them off Tuesdays, you'll have them back for the weekend...
I understand if you feel you need things faster / more reliably. Just realize that you may well not get that, ANYwhere on the island. You will be less stressed, and more satisfied with what you DO get.

I have always enjoyed this place my clothes are ready when they tell me they will be. The staff is always polite and greets me when I come in the door. Overall for a local dry cleaners I am always happy with the customer service and the dry cleaning. On a sidenote they did the dry cleaning for my husbands very expensive custom suit for our wedding and everything went well.  I couldn't expect anything else.

STAY AWAY!  My items were not ready at 6:00 as promised.  We waited for the delivery truck, due in by 6:00, until its late arrival at 6:35, and my 8 pieces were not there.  Upon my return the next day, no apology was given!  Totally unprofessional!  STAY AWAY!

I will not be using this service again. I brought in a jacket with fur on it to be dry cleaned specifically because if you wash it in the washing machine it will ruin the fur. This place charged me for bringing it to them and then machine washed it, when I asked for dry cleaning, and charged me about $6 for it. My jacket is ruined now. Be sure to read your tags because evidently whatever the tag says, regardless of requests is how they'll clean it. Also was ready a day late, and was expensive.

Does not deliver on time and are rude. They charge more than other cleaners. Will never be back again and will not recommend it to anyone.
