I'd give them a zero if I could. Nice I bought sofa's from this location and twice I was talked into the extra warranty. The second time I was assured that they had a new company who was excellent and covered "everything." After washing slipcovers for the couches exactly as directed, they shrunk. The warranty refused to cover it and when I contacted the store directly, their Manager, Allison, informed me that I was a lying about how they were washed and what the warranty company had said. I was told I could "continue to use them" even though the slip covers do not zipper, which faces out into the next room. Her complete lack of customer service was appealing. I will never purchase from this store again. IF you do like something they have GO TO JORDAN's in New Haven or call them. They have great customer service and carry most of the same brands as Pilgrim. Buyer beware and go somewhere else!

Pilgrim has a great selection of furniture. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I like the fact that the sales staff if not overbearing. They allow you to look and window shop. They occasionally approach to see if we have any questions but it is not excessive. I did not purchase anything on my last visit but we got some great ideas. I will return when we are ready to buy. Thank you.

I purchased a dining room table and bench from Pilgrim. A few days after delivery, I discovered that the same exact bench was available online for 22% cheaper with free shipping to my location. I reached out to store to ask if they could match the price and they advised they could only do that with brick-and-mortar competitors in the region. While, I understand the rationale, I now have to go through the process of returning the merchandise and then ordering online. I tried speaking to the manager but he never called me back after I returned his initial message.

I was taken care of by John Petrow in a major bed and mattress combination purchase. John was courteous and knowledgeable having all answers at his fingertips. He spend time with us without pressure. He helped us with all aspects of finance, deliveries, and warranties. I would recommend him to anyone that want knowledgeable service with no pressure. Ask for him.

I loved not feeling pressured by the staff! Dave Lebron was very knowledgeable and when I needed assistance he was ready when I was ready. Dave helped me make an informed decision about my purchase. I purchased a new living room sectional and will be happy to recommend Pilgrim furniture. Thank you Dave
