If you're a local then it's a great place for you because from what I can tell the locals take up the parking spots with their personal vehicles while they're making their deliveries. I'm sure that works out great for them but when a long haul driver needs a place to park its not so great. We always try to use Pilot/Flying J over the other truck stop chains and most of the time I'm a happy customer. The customer service could use some improvements and the hot deli items weren't fresh. On a positive note, the lady making the coffee was super sweet and very attentive to her customers.

It's an extremely clean place, even the bathrooms. The employees are very helpful and friendly. For example, I was at the counter checking out. When the cashier got to a certain product, she informed me that I could get them at Walmart in greater quantity and for much cheaper. Not many people would do that.

Everything is here comfort food, hot food. Any drink you can think of... Clean store and restrooms and a station to change baby diapers. Also has a restaurant connect to the station Subway.. Gas, diesel, handicap accessible from Front door to the restrooms.. Very accommodate to everyone.

The staff was super friendly and nice. It was very clean and smelt nice which here lately is hard to find at truck stops. The showers were very clean which is awesome. Nice parking for truckers.

Great service from staff. Showers are always cleaned & maintained. Subway is very nice for a healthy choice but has all the fast food spots surrounding it. Having a bike trail right behind it is wonderful. Go along the bayou there!!!
