6-5-2017 best coffee on the interstate. The remodel is coming along nicely. 10-9-16 This pilot had given free parking forever... And it goes fast. Today they have fifteen spots you can purchase. Thank you Pilot. I purchased mine three hours ahead of time. When I got here there were no space for me, it took about fifteen minutes to find the culprit with a fake parking paper on his window. He got booted and I have my spot. Thank you Pilot personnel for your help.

This facility is under construction, so it's currently a cluttered mess. The good news is that there must be some kind of shift in leadership, as the employees are making an effort to be nice now. It's a little strange, only because this location was notorious for odious service. The change is strangely nice. It was a stretch to give 4 stars, but the effort has been consistent for a few weeks. Regulars will notice the difference. I look forward to seeing the new upgrades and improvements in the facilities as well as the sustained employee efforts. Currently, it's a bit forced, but in time it may become the thing.

Small. If you're not here during the day you probably won't be able to find a parking spot. Though there's a little truck stop across the street with parking and the place next door has some parking. Shower was nice except for the fact that they don't have the a/c running in the showers.... So if you like hot showers, you're going to be sweating until you get dressed and out.

Drove in here yesterday in the middle of the afternoon. Parked and began walking towards the door when a female manager yells "We are closed, idiot!" Looked around everywhere. No signs saying they are closed. I replied "that would be nice to know before parking" and she gives me a grin and tells me to get the hell off of her property. Done with this company. They only hire piece of trash people

Never enough parking, dirty restrooms, and screwed up reserved parking we should not have to pay for. They just want your money. Fuel islands are a oily safety hazard with leaking breakaway connections on pumps or malfunctioning equipment. Bee hives nearby cause panic at times when they swarm around pumps. This use to be a nice place before PFJ took in over. Truckers should never have to pay for parking! Reserved parking is unfair.
