Very busy place. Nice spot to stop and take a break from the road. Good gas prices. Good food options. I'll definitely add it to my list of "what's around here?"

The parking lot layout is better than some. Definitely no parking after 2pm here for truck and if you don't mind deal with people who don't know what they're doing even though it is  their job. The restaurant is tacos bell. Takes forever to get your order and halftime it takes a while to order.. need to change management in this store to someone who might really care about other time. Or tare down the building and start over with everything.. this pilot really need help.. will never stop at this again..

Well, the showers are clean.  I was safe while I parked there.  No bad experiences there.  If I go there more I will know more.   But pilot needs to make the parking spaces wider so trucks don't damage each other while backing in.  It is stupid to use the minimum width just because pilot is not paying for the damages.     And this parking lot is a good example of greedy accountant management not understanding trucker customer needs but looking at from $$$ accountant view.  Maybe the should park there cars in truck parking for a month and see if they where comfortable leaving their cars there while truck pull in and out.

Really wish the people towing trailers, or RVs would not use the standard gas pumps. They block off two pumps and cause jams.  Pilot needs to put up better signage.

AWESOME BREW YOUR OWN COFFEE MACHINE! Clean and the staff is friendly. Stores stays clean and steady and steady moving. No jams
