Saying goodbye is never easy but to have the cemetery move you away right after the service. Before the urn was sealed the were taking our chairs and running over us with tractors making us move cars to get the tractors in and out. I have never experienced such in humane treatment. It was a small spot and we were literally run over. Rude service does not begin to describe. I have lost any respect for this cemetery. The moved our cover from the rain and put it up the hill from us. Away from us but not because the needed. No I am so sorry or anything. I will never recommend them for anything unless you need to be run over in the rain while trying to bury a loved one.

At the park now, gravestones are sinking into ground, and muddy tire tracks all over ground. One tire track broke a grave stone into several pieces, and there are big holes where people are burried flowers all all over the place, road, everywhere.

We burried the ashes of my mother in law yesterday as soon as we got done with the services they came over moved the tent pulled the chairs made my son move his car so they could get the backhoe in and literally burried my mother in law right in front of us most disrespectful

Several of my family members are buried here so I've been to this place a lot. The staff have always been helpful and understanding to my family. The cemetery itself is beautiful and each section has amazing names. The land is so pretty and well taken care of so much so, that even though you're there for a sad reason the beauty of nature feels comforting.

I would not recommend Pine Crest to anyone. The cemetery yes. The staff do not follow through on anything. Ordering the markers,maintaining the grave sites. In my opinion there is no professionalism .They did not keep me informed about the marker . I asked specifically to be informed when marker arrived so I could be at my Mother's grave when it was set. That didn't happen. The sod that was put on grave more than 2 months ago was dead when it was layed. It's still dead. I'm so unhappy because my mother deserves better or her grave deserves better treatment. The most outrageous thing that happened was they wanted 500.00 more dollars to close the grave . Saturday funeral scheduled at 2:00 at funeral home. If we arrived after 3:00pm at cemetery. they had to pay overtime to the people who closed the grave. I don't normally write reviews ,but I am so upset by the whole affair.
