Mold, mildew and smells bad. The receptionist are very nice but TLF building is a safety hazard. It is supposed to be kid friendly but not if your child has asthma and allergies. I suggest you document your stay in your medical records due to the mildew and mold your breathing in.

Very comfortable, clean room. Check-in was efficient and front desk staff were friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer but this was just an overnight stop on the return from vacation.

Absolutely terrible experience I only gave them one attempt to get it right.  The room they set aside for my reservation, the bed wasn’t even made it looked as if someone had just crawled out of it before I arrived.  Check in was at 3 pm I didn’t arrive until after 5, plenty of time to have a room ready.  I didn’t even receive a call from management to find out why I didn’t stay, or what they could do to make it right.

I wish I could give a better rating but the condition of the room I stayed in for two weeks was not very good. The staff was very nice and friendly but the building I stayed in was very out dated; shower couldn't keep a constant comfortable temperature, killed a few cockroaches and bunch of spiders, a/c didn't work and was never fixed after I told the front desk, the water pipes and refrigerator were very loud at night, wifi was pretty slow, bed was your typical AF base bedding, and the list goes on.  Did not enjoy the stay at this hotel at all. There clearly is worse conditions than this but you still expect better when it's something you are paying for. Hope the base puts money into updating soon.

stayed Monday-Thursday and it wasn't that bad. room was clean. front desk was friendly and helpful.  The TVs were old and pretty dim.  No complaints otherwise.
