TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I don't often write these, but it was bad enough to warrant. It began with a few small things...cleaning took 2 days longer than promised, no call for pickup - which was also promised, and the overall cleaning didn't match the cost. The main issue...they lost 3 articles of clothing...one irreplaceable. Of which they denied profusely, and insinuated that I made the mistake, not them...seemed like the customer is always wrong at Pineapple Grove Cleaners. After 3 rounds of back and forth for compensation for the value of my items, they agreed only to a refund of my cleaning cost (far less than the cost of my items). When I went in to handle the refund, they changed that into a credit instead -- right, because I was really looking forward to having them lose more items of mine. So, I insisted that I just need a refund...not a credit. Of which was finally granted. Yet after a week passed of no credit to my CC, I called to inquire. The response I got, "oh yeah, we decided not to do that." Seriously!!? And not even a call to inform me?? I asked them to please have the owner call me, which I was told would happen, and I'm sure you can guess what actually happened...yep, no call. The absolute worst customer service, appreciation and simple decency that I have ever encountered.

Nightmare should explain it all. I brought them 6 pair of pants to get dry cleaned and tailored. I was told that they would be ready within a week it took six weeks to get all my pants back. Well all but one pair. My brand new pair of Rockin Republic jeans were cut too short after she measured them out. It has been almost two months now and I am still fighting with them to get reimbursed for my jeans. NIGHTMARE!
