Service is key and they know their regular customers by name.  Shirts are done perfectly.  Shoe repair is also available - quick and excellent work.

I bring my shirts here every week.  I also bring my shoes in when I need a high quality cobbler.  Great customer service, awesome people too!  I highly recommend Swift Dry Cleaners.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!

I went in last week to have some alterations done and I was given tickets for all my items which had prices on them. I even asked if they would like for me to pay now rather then later they said no worries pay when you pick it up (huge mistake) my tickets went from being 20 per item up to 40 each. When I asked the lady why she said her alteration lady ended up charging more (sounds like a personal problem) if you give me a ticket that says 20 and then ask me to pay 40 I should not have to pay your difference. In total they wanted 60 extra dollars from me which I refused to pay. I never write reviews unless I absolutely feel the need to. It was the embarrassment I felt when the lady made a scene in the shop that infuriated me. I had a calm tone and demeanor the entire time and she instantly when on the defense raising her tone with me and slammed my card down on the counter rather then handing it to me. Another patron was in the shop with me and was shocked by her behavior. This is not how you treat customers. I will not be returning. Great work but lousy customer service skills is always a no go for me.

Great small shop right in Pineapple Grove.  Always good prices for clothes, but truly shined when I accidentally wore suede shoes to Mardi Gras.  Ruined shoes came back looking good as new!
