Pinecrest Bakery - Pinecrest
"Pinecrest Bakery is a 24 hour Cuban-American bakery chain in South Florida committed to bringing family tradition to Miami. Join us for authentic Miami flavor and a "bite into tradition." #THINKPBThis Pinecrest location is the flagship store, and the reason all bakeries are named "Pinecrest." Since it opened December 2012, lines reaching out the door on early weekend mornings only a month after opening, we realized we had found a sweet spot in the hearts and homes of Miami."

Amazing service! In and out. Clean and excellent fresh baked good. Party Platters made me the hero at the office! Thank you from Monster Grass, great job guys
My husband and I were hungry late at night 10:30pm and everything was either closed, about to close or 45 min to 1hr., wait time. We stumbled at this location and found that they were open 24 hrs. Ordered a pastel de Guayaba & Cheese, croquetas, papa rellena and a Cuban Sandwich... everything was delicious and the staff was awesome! I highly recommend this place specially if you are up until late. I will be coming here from now on. Enjoy!
Would rate 0 stars. I have ordered the Cuban, Cuban mini and media noche and no pork every time. This place is trash when you basically pay for a Cuban and get a ham sandwich.
Very disgusted to be honest, yes the service was fast and the atmosphere is cool. But there was this lady making the tostada and coughing all over the place and to only cover her mouth when I looked at her with a face of disgust. Thanks god what I order did not come from her. And on top of that my order was wrong. yea definitely won't go back there and they should have proper training to teach people who are coughing not to cough all over the sandwich they are making. Geez I mean that was just outright disgusting what that lady did.
Just ordered a Cuban sandwich. 25 minutes ago. Still nothing and I keep being told “a few more minutes.” Not one person has ordered a sandwich except for me, abut yet…. It doesn’t take almost 30 minutes to make a sandwich.
A hidden gem of Miami. Open 24. Now post covid Miami is closing early like a small town in the Bible belt. Lete night munchies or just want.a coffee and a quiet place to sit. This is the palce. Service was great, food was fast and hot. Location is clean. Counters, tables floors and windows rare to find a clean place these day in Miami. Parking: Came at 2245 10:45pm. Plenty of parking.
Dirty store and lack of customer service, just like the last location I went to. So much dust hanging off the ceiling, I'm surprised that the health department hasn't shut them down. Hate to see the kitchen area where they actually made our food.
This place is pretty neat...The staff here is friendly but the place runs a little to unorganized for my comfort and offer no seating while you take a number and wait to place your order...The vibe is very local in which I liked with a lot of professionals coming and going during the time I was there. We ordered the Philly Cheese Steak, Columbian cheese bread, a spinach croqueta, a cheese croqueta, a cheese pastry, and a guava pastry and they were all very good. The next time I'm in the area I'm going back.
It is well known that Pinecrest bakery is a Miami institution, so no review needed for locals. But if you're visiting and want a legitimate Miami food experience, this is your place. Get a recommended selection of pastelitos, empanadas, and croquetas pan de Bono and tequeño are my personal faves, and a colada.
Elsa is a miracle worker! I had questions and she was patient and answered them all. Now let's talk food. Everyone of her suggestions was perfect. Come hungry and order it all. They have my childhood favorites like Venezuelan empanada de Pabellón and cachitos de jamón y queso. Superb service and delicious food. A gem of a place!
