Great Staff, Well Staffed, Good Service
Ordered delivery online and received with 4 sandwich ingredients incorrect....almost like that ignored most of my customizations
Arrived at 8:28pm they close at 9pm. I’m the only customer. After 5 minutes I ask for someone to help me and I wanted a hot sub. They said they can’t do hot subs since the grill was just cleaned. So right off the bat half the menu is gone. The attitude was present as well when I asked why they can’t turn the grill on for a cheesesteak sub. They said they can’t and they were getting ready to close. I have been a Jersey Mikes fan for years but this location has gone down and honestly I won’t go again. When I told two of my closest friends they told me similar stories. So be aware don’t go after 8pm as the staff is in closing mode.
lazy employees taking forever. Walked in at 8:21 pm. they close at 9. they gave menthe death stare. silent. stood there waiting for any of the 3 employees to acknowledge me. or take my order. you can tell they were dragging their feet on purpose so i could leave. got the point at 845 walked out.
Friendly staff and fast service as always my sub was on Point fresh as it can be. I tried their mobile app and did a pickup order online paid online flawless. Excellent service from this location.
We passed by to interview the staff for a school project. The workers are so nice and well prepared. The place looks super clean and they go above and beyond when it comes to dietary needs.
Best subs in the business. Better than Publix subs in my opinion
