Every negative comment on here is pretty accurate. I have used this flower shop because of the convenient location to my job. I have purchased at least 5 arrangements, and each time there has been an error. Not a minor error, but significant errors. Errors such as the arrangement being lost, to not being prepared at the agreed time, to not having the right color. They always claim it is either your fault or someone else’s. I have given them the benefit of the doubt 5 times, but I am done and finally have to share my experiences and will NEVER shop here again. Please heed the advice and the reviews. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Unfortunately, this place is as horrible as the majority of people say it is. If you even have the unfortunate please of dealing with the owners, you will understand why. They do not care about taking care of their customers, they just want your money. I ordered an arrangement for my wife, a few days later she received the wrong arrangement. When I contacted them I expected they would offer anything to try and fix it, but they will only argue with you and tell you that your wrong. Bettie wants to argue that since I received any flowers at all that I do not deserve a discount, but it wasn't the right flowers and it wasn't even sent on the right day. They need to learn that you can't have a surviving business without decent customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your time or money here.

First of all you have to know that the 5 star reviews left by Veldon,Shaun Gilliam, Yazzy, Gary Lee and Miss Hendrix are all friends ,relatives and employees .She made them write them! How do I know? I used to work there. Never in my life have I worked in such a filthy place where the owner cussed and steals from her employees and then plays like she is a Christian to anyone else that will listen. She clearly isn't afraid of the after life! They buy things from grave robbers to cut cost on silk flowers and funeral accessories. I can say this because I would have about 200 witnesses that have worked there. Beware! The devil is real and lurks at pink house!

If I could give zero stars I would. I've used this place twice and it's been a headache both times. First time order was delivered however they got the flowers wrong. Last time Valentine's day flowers weren't delivered at all and they have given me the run-around trying to get a refund. I normally try to support local business but not this one anymore.

WARNING!!!!! Worst Business I have ever dealt with. Betty at the Pink House Florist is the most rude person that I have EVER dealt with. They did not deliver flowers that I ordered for a VERY IMPORTANT event that was VERY IMPORTANT that they be delivered to my sister that day. THE WORST WORST WORST part was that when I called to inquire, all i got was being YELLED AT AND SPOKEN OVER THE ENTIRE TIME. She and Danielle would not let me say 1 WORD. I was called a DEVILISH woman for trying to find out what happened. I have owned my own business so I understand that things can go wrong so that I could understand BUT TO BE YELLED AT AND NOT BEING ABLE TO SPEAK AT ALL AND BEING CALLED A DEVIL MORE THAN ONCE AND BEING LIED TO ABOUT THE ORDER, I feel it necessary for others to be forewarned what you can expect. I ended up with NO FLOWERS and a very devastating situation since they were so important. SAVE YOURSELF AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE in Savannah for flowers and to be treated like a human being.
