Tried to place a order for a family member while I was overseas to be delivered to her. I have never been in Pinkitzel before. I asked the lady to please put a gift basket together and that I trusted her choices. She became frustrated with me and wanted me to make selections when I have no clue what is in the store. How simple is it to put your most popular items in a basket and deliver it. Easy money. She got snotty with me and put me on hold. I hung up because I do not have to do business with a local shop who cannot even do a simple task.

Their Salt Water Taffy is the exact same as Silver Dollar City's! I thought Silver Dollar City made their taffy at the park but come to find out they do not, they buy it wholesale from the same place as Pinkitzel. Thank goodness, I don't have to drive 5 hours to get more of this lovely taffy! It is a very nice, well priced candy and cupcake shop. Where else can you get bacon or beer flavored cotton candy? I will be returning!

Had a red velvet cake cupcake with pecans and cream cheese frosting. It was really good! The outside is an old ugly building but the inside is beautiful with bright colors and very nice and clean.

I was very sad to see children digging through the candy bins and no parental guidance at all. I called it to the attention of the employee and nothing was done...I told the parent about it and she got very rude to me..I would never buy bulk candy in that place for sure...very unhealthy...BOY would the health inspectors love to see this...especially during cold and flu season or for that matter any time...Very unhappy with that store.
