A family-loved and family-owned gourmet cupcake bakery and creperie located in the heart of mid-town Oklahoma City. We offer cupcakes, crepes and catering.

Story

Sara Caroline Brinson died unexpectedly of sudden cardiac dysrhythmia on April 9, 2007 at just 18 years old. She will always be our precious daughter, sister, niece, cousin, granddaughter, friend, student, peer, leader and member of the Heritage Hall Class of 2007.

It was Sara's dream to have a cupcake bakery and so we opened Sara Sara Cupcakes about a year later. This summer marks our 9th year in business and we just opened The Stay at Sara Sara. An Airbnb that is above the bakery. Check us out on www.airbnb.com

Do you love cupcakes? This is your place! Everything here is delicious, I have never tasted anything here that was not superb. Everybody I know who has been here, says they love this place. It is a bit pricey, but everything is well worth the price. Come in and try something, I think you will like it.

Usually this place is great but the last two times we’ve been there two hours before closing it sucked. The first time we went they were closed 2 hours before they were supposed to. The second time they were open but when we went in the two boys working refused to make us anything even drinks because they were closing up. How can they expect to have any business if their employees close two hours early?

I was so excited to take my little boy today for his 1st birthday. We were VERY disappointed though. The entire place just felt and looked dirty. My Mom had to clean food out of the high chair to put him in it. Everything needs a fresh coat of paint. The cupcakes were so dry that my baby just pushed his off into the floor and I couldn't even be mad at him for it. We paid for the milk bar, but the milk was awful. You couldn't tell the difference between regular, strawberry, and chocolate. And before we could all get a glass the strawberry ran out. Biggest waste of $45. We won't be back.

It’s a cute little cupcake place and has parking.  Some of the cupcakes look really cute and delicious.  I tried the strawberry shortcake one and it was okay.  A bit dry, vanilla with chocolate frosting was good.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE-

I've been a customer at Sara Sara's for years and I have never experienced such rude customer service like I did today. We bought 4 cupcakes for a family member's birthday, they were stale, so we brought all of them back the next day for an exchange. The manager crushed all of the cupcakes with his bare hands, confirmed that they were of low quality and said "We would never sell them like this", and then told me that he could only give me 2 because he wanted to protect the company from people who might try to scam them. Unfortunately, I couldn't speak to someone higher up than the manager since only the manager was present. Instead of leaving empty handed, I took the 2 cupcakes so I wouldn't completely let down my family member. I did not receive a refund for the other 2 cupcakes of the order. I definitely will not be coming back. (Who scams for cupcakes? Honestly?)
