I came across Pinnacle last year. I had been with Geico and wanted to save money. Of course Geico couldn't do anything to help me, so I called Ron at Pinnacle. He was able to set me up with better coverage and save me a good chunk of money. 

I didn't need to contact them again until this week when I bought a new car and needed to remove the old one. I spoke with Lori and she was responsive, helpful, and accurate. 

I highly recommend using the Pinnacle Agency.
