I have had George as my agent since I was a teen ( I'm now 35) and I have had nothing but excellent service from him and his office staff. I have witnessed George grow his business over the years and can say that the quality of his service has not been compromised at all! We now have two cars, a truck, a boat and our homeowners insurance with him. Very happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend his company to anyone who is looking for a local agent you can count on!

I went with this office when we bought our house because I liked George Larry himself; he spoke at a first-time homeowner's seminar I went to and he's very personable and real. The service his office provided *at first* was excellent, but I think that was because of the person who was getting us set up at the time. She must have left or changed position, as she no longer seems to be handling anything we've done in the last couple of years. We were with Larry's SF for three years in total; we've now moved to another office that is not SF because of **two** instances of not having our phone calls returned by George Larry's office.
The first was for a homeowners claim; our water heater burst on a Saturday. I called and left a message on their service asking who to call to begin remediation. When I hadn't heard anything almost two days later, I emailed and said I was about to rip out all the carpet and padding to prevent mold. Larry himself emailed me back with instructions to go to ServPro within an hour or two, but not replying to the emergency mail for almost two days?
The second instance was after StateFarm decided that they were going to drop one of us from auto coverage for 'activity on claims' (two accidents in a span of just under two years will red-flag you and they auto-drop you, evidently). SF actually also listed a rock hitting our windshield as a 'claim activity', along with using their roadside service when we got a nail in a tire, so be aware and don't use those services when you need them, I guess. The real issue is that when I called Larry's office to ask if there was any course of action we could take to not have one of us dropped from auto (they're willing to keep the other AND keep our homeowners, of course), I was told I'd get a call back. But when I had not gotten a return call after **almost a week**, I started shopping. Luckily, I saved money (almost $300/yr it turns out) by moving to another company. 
I can NOT recommend this office. I was drawn in to signing with them by the possibility of keeping my brick&mortar place where I could stop in and talk to people if I needed. Turns out, I'm still keeping that option with my new office, and I'm guessing they'll at least return my calls when I have claims or need to not get dropped from auto insurance.
