My experience has been great!  I changed agency’s after many years at the same one and was not harassed while making up my mind whether to do it or not. Then they made me feel so comfortable while in their office, talking with me about things that would help me and all my needs and with my kids.  Troy came out of his office and met me and shook my hand and then let Dan finish helping me.  The office assistants were so helpful and helped me complete everything with such friendliness and great attitude. They were awesome! Thank You So Much!

They were very good and easy to work with. Dan did a great job staying on top of getting my insurance in force.  The price is much better than my prior carrier.

I found Pinnacle insurance when searching for Endorsed Local Providers through the Dave Ramsey website. I decided to switch to Pinnacle because their rates were identical to the rates I had through a large, corporate insurance company, and I enjoy supporting smaller businesses. In addition, the staff is very friendly!

I want to let everyone know about the GREAT experience I had with Pinnacle Insurance Agency. First off they took the time to call me when it was convenient for me and made sure I was 100% taken care of, all while knowing that I was getting quotes from other places and needed the quote to fit in a tight budget. 

Thank you Pinnacle Insurance, so much for taking the time to give us a home and auto quote. We did chose another company that just fit our needs and budgets a little better at this time (unfortunately, we just had to go with numbers this time). I will definitely keep them in mind in the future if we ever need anything. They were so speedy and absolutely great to work with!! 

Again, thank you, I know you put a lot of time and effort into your work and we really appreciate it!!

I have had a great experience at Pinnacle Insurance. Troy helped my husband and I out with the best and most affordable option there was a few months ago. He was very straightforward and to the point and helped us understand what we needed to know. He didn't try to sell us on anything else like some other insurance companies do which to me earns a lot of respect because you know they are there to serve you. I also really appreciate that he is certified with Dave Ramsey which means he has the same interests in mind when it comes to insurance. We haven't had any claims to deal with yet but I am sure it will be a smooth process if and when that times comes!
