Single​ family home with tile roof, should be easy to replace the underlayment and bring up to the current building code. Not so much with Brandon.  I had to hire a roofing inspector, and exchange calls and emails to Rosie On The House and the Arizona Registrar of  Contractors to figure out how to get my roof finished to local code.  When I asked the lead guy on the crew why the hips, ridges flashing and nailing pattern was not done up to code,  he replied,  they were told not to.   Brandon knows roofing and is a smooth talker but tried to take advantage my family.
