This is our second time buying a truck from Burt at Pinnacle truck . Let me tell you these people will work with you to make your deal very pleasant and when you leave to go home. You will want to deal with them again. Real people here not like some big dealership .

A year and a half ago my husband and I decided to invest in a new XL RGN stretch trailer for our company. We are very happy that we decided to buy from Pinnacle. Chuck and the service department at Pinnacle are top notch!!! Most places after you buy something don't have time to help with problems that happen. . .that is NOT the case with Pinnacle. Anytime Mark has called in the last year and a half with a concern on the trailer he either talked directly to someone in service or Chuck got the answer for him and called him back. Yesterday there was a wiring problem and they got him right in, fixed it and treated us very well when they handed Mark the bill. You could say we are that tuff customer who expects a company to show its appreciation "after" the purchase has been made. Pinnacle has our respect and business for future purchases because they are that company that doesn't exist much anymore. They will show they appreciate your business and are great to deal with when problems need solved quickly. Buying a trailer? don't go anywhere but here because you won't regret it!!!! Thank you Pinnacle, job well done!!

Over the last 9 years I have bought 7 trucks and 5 trailers at Pinnacle. Ever since I became an Owner-Op I have bought all my equipment from Burt and Chuck. I will continue to do business with Pinnacle because they make the purchasing experience easy.

I bought trailer xl specialized 80 hidravlic neck in March 2016 just one time loaded over back top deck equipment which has only 12000 lbs weight on each tire tire was seated half of the way because it is oversize and trailer designed that kind of work dealer said capacity 25000 on each wheel cover if you go thru center I was half weight off capacity it is bent he asked to pay 2600 instead help me with warranty factory also refused don't buy from them.
