We came here for my cousin's birthday and had a few issues. We booked it online and due to a glitch they double booked our time and had to move us later in the night. To give them credit, they tried to make things right. Because of the mix up they agreed to let us bowl for free, including shoe rental.

If we had no other issues I probably would have given them 4 stars, but at one point our balls got stuck behind the pins and it took about 10 minutes to find someone and get them unstuck. A little more than halfway through the game we got a message that we had 10 minutes left. We we're informed we couldn't add more time because another group had booked the next hour. They gave us some vouchers for the trouble but couldn't do anything about our playtime despite the fact that we were delayed once because of a malfunction and once when we stopped to order our food (before knowing we couldn't extend our time.)

We stayed in the area to cut the cake before heading out, and the next party didn't arrive until 30 minutes later. We probably would have had time to finish our game and still give them plenty of time to clean up if needed.

The only reason they got two stars from me was because they did try to make it up to us. But between the mix-up, the poor scheduling system, and the higher price point, I wouldn't come back or recommend this place to anyone.

The hostess was a bit “short” for my liking. We had a reservation but wanted to know if anything was available right away and she said without pause “no comeback in 15 minutes...” our reservation was in 15 minutes lol. 

I had a great time with my family and friends but could have done so at a less expensive place with friendlier staff. 

I made a reservation for 10 bowlers and while only 5 actually bowled we were place on one lane, hardly enough time to get through a game. 

Facility is nice. 
Lanes were well kept.
Space was a bit tight for my liking.

We attended a private event at this location. It was a Christmas party for disabled children. Many on hospice care. The food was good. The room was nice and large which was a good thing since many of the children were in wheel chairs. Everyone had a great time. The atmosphere was great and it seemed they were very busy. The employees were friendly and helpful. This was the first visit to this location for me. I've been to the Hoffman location multiple times. They're both pretty similar.

Great place to enjoy a good meal along with having fun with the wife.  I am attaching a picture of my dinner plate.  The Maple Glazed Salmon was tasty and definitely better than I expected from a bowling alley.  Pinstripes impressed me very much.  From the moment you walk  you can tell this place is not like any other bowling alley you have been to.  Keep up the good work!
