My opinion: The time I did stay at Pioneer Inn, it was horrible.  The place is run down and the room was filthy, had bed bugs and roaches and there was never any quiet time. All day & night I could hear people back & forth in front of my door, through the parking lot. They were yelling back & forth across the parking lot at each other.

This place is covered with bedbugs and roaches. They won't refund your money or move you to a cleaner room. They are disgusting.

I just visited a couple who were staying there by the week.  The place looked old, seedy and run down.  No way would I stay there...I am not looking to acquire bed bugs or roaches.  I think I would sleep in the car instead.  Forty bucks a night...you get what you pay for, maybe.
