I am only rating for their brunch (Saturday/Sunday from 10-2pm if I remember correctly), I have not been here at night. This is one of my favorite places for breakfast anywhere in the valley. The food is solid, and the variety is nice, they also have a plant based menu for vegans/vegetarians. You will definitely find something you'll enjoy here. You can expect to spend between $15-$30 per head depending on drinks. They used to have $1 mimosas but they recently changed them to $1.50. Still pretty good but not quite as insanely cheap as they used to be.

Food is awesome, I'm vegan and they have a great vegan menu. My friend isn't vegan and he loved his food too. Service is good, atmosphere is great, drinks are just a little more than other places but it balances out with their quality of service and dining.

Love that Piper Down has a vegan menu! The brunch vegan items are delicious and I love the bloody Mary bar to make your own. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Parking is the worst part though, it's all offsite parking.

I went for brunch on a Saturday. It was my first experience and I will definitely be a returning guest. The service staff was very friendly and had a great energy. My friends and I got there at 1:30 (30 minutes before brunch ended) we were under the impression that brunch was served till 3 and realized our mistake. Even though it was so close to the menu change, our server was very attentive and checked back several times to check on our drinks so we could take advantage of brunch priced mimosas. I wish I remembered her name to give her praise on this review. Next time I'll be sure to get there early.

I love this place. Very relaxed atmosphere. Live music. Poker nights. The food is super good. They also have a cool smoking section out back.
