My mother has been taking her car here for years and has always been really satisfied with the service she received. Recently this shop went under new management and my mother who always used this shop decided to give the new owner a try since she had such a good experience with the last one. The new owner was very disappointing. His workmanship has been very unreliable. My mother took both her car and my brother's car there to get worked on. My brother's car needed his hoses replaced and his thermostat replaced. Not only did he charge an extreme amount for labor but the thermostat needed to be replaced again due his faulty work. My mother's car got repaired at the slowest pace possible and when we finally did get it back the gears were having trouble shifting. After bringing it back once again he mentioned that "he knew that was going to be a problem". Why he chose not to fix it the first time I do not know. Not only was his workmanship low quality but he has also proved to be very unprofessional with his customers also. Upon standing in his office one day a man came in pleading that he needed his car to get to work and the owner insisted that his car still needed certain parts and would take a few more days. The owner apologized and the man walked out of the office stating that he'd just have to take a few more days off work then. After the man left the office the owner proceeded to discuss with another mechanic that he could fix that car in little time but he chooses to put the well paying customers first. I was appalled by this and could not believe someone could be so rude. Needless to say my family and I will be taking our business somewhere else from now on and I would warn anyone to stay away from this auto shop and seek service elsewhere.

I usually try to do my own automotive repairs, but when I've gotten really stuck, I've taken my cars to these guys. They're friendly and quick and priced very reasonably.
